The structure combines the functions of bus terminal, offices, hotels and services and represents the beginning of the new “city edge” north of the railway tracks between Munich main station and Pasing. Marking the start and finish point of long-distance bus journeys, the building reflects the dynamics of modern traffic and is an attractive address for commercial operations. A “promenade deck” serves as a central hub and is connected via bridges and escalators to the bus stops and S-Bahn station as well as to Hackerbrücke. The Terminal Lounge opens up towards a generous forecourt facing the inner city and the Main Station.
