Rheinzabern Comprehensive will be extended by a new two-storey building. It will house science rooms and collections as well as a multifunctional central foyer forming a lively focus point for students and teachers.
A wide staircase flanked by seating steps joins the two storeys and has become a vitalising and communicative element. The project has been divided into two construction phases. The first phase will start immediately. The second one on the South side can be added any time without problems. The extension will meet the passive house standard.
