  • How can I apply?

    If you are interested in a position advertised by Wenzel + Wenzel, you can upload your documents via the link in the job advert using our privacy-compliant application platform. We are looking forward to receiving a cover letter, your c.v., job references, a certificate of your latest university degree. If you want, you may also send us a short portfolio specifying your previous projects and work. Please bear in mind that each file must not be larger than 5 MB as larger files cannot be uploaded. As soon as we have received your documents, your will receive a confirmation in return.

  • What happens after I have sent my application?

    After receiving your documents, our HR team will check them, liasing closely with the managers responsible for the respective location and department. If we find your application interesting, we will arrange an interview with you. This will preferably be held at the corresponding site, together with the local firm manager and the respective department. Optionally, we may arrange a second interview.

    If there is a match between us, we will draw up a draft contract and send it to you by email for further fine-tuning. Once all questions are sorted, we will send you an original of the signed contract by post. Shortly before you are due to start your work, the respective local secretariat will tell you by email when to start working, what to bring and what is in store for you. And then you are more than welcome!

    We are a medium-sized company with 350 colleagues from 35 nations, speaking more than 50 languages. We are working at 13 locations in Germany, Wroclaw and Vienna. We are working together across locations in a family-type corporate structure. Family-friendliness
    We have 50 different working time models, so we offer flexibility for work-life balance. We also pay a child-care allowance.

    Sustainability
    We promote sustainable mobility and subsidise the "Deutschlandticket" (monthly ticket subscription for German regional public transport). You can also lease a company bike to get to the office, to the building sites or to private destinations in an environment-friendly way.

    Development
    In our company, everyone can develop personally and professionally. We offer a further-training scheme as well as internal and external training courses and seminars for junior leaders because we want to help them take responsibility proactively. We hold annual employee interviews, adapting customised further training opportunities to the individual's needs.

    Togetherness
    We organise company celebrations in order to bring different locations together, offering all colleagues the chance to meet up and swap notes in a relaxed and personal atmosphere. These events are combined with site visits and seminars with presentations by renowned architects and experts on current issues. In addition, the locations organise excursions to current projects and team events on a smaller scale. And, of course, we won't miss a chance to celebrate.

    Last but not least
    We make a contribution to your pension scheme and offer our own scheme in cooperation with an insurance company. We are interested in long-term cooperation: Colleagues who have been in the company for several years will benefit from additional corporate health insurance as well as additional holidays.
